By engaging with That Epic Design, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Work
All projects are based on agreed quotations and design specifications. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs.

Quotations
Quotes are valid for 7 days and are subject to material availability and price fluctuations.

Call-Out Fee
A call-out fee is charged for on-site visits, consultations, and measurements. This fee is payable before or at the time of the visit and may be deducted from the final project cost if the client proceeds.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required before any design or production work begins. No work will commence until the deposit has been received.

Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided but may vary depending on project complexity, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure accurate measurements (if provided), site readiness, and access for installation.

Limitation of Liability
That Epic Design is not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including supplier delays or site conditions.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
