Refund policy

At That Epic Design, all products and services are custom-designed and manufactured to meet each client’s specific requirements. For this reason, the following policy applies:

Custom Work
All custom-built items (including TV units, feature walls, closets, kitchen installations, and wall cladding) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. This deposit is non-refundable once design or production work has commenced.

Call-Out Fee
A call-out fee is charged for site visits, consultations, and measurements. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

Defects or Errors
If there is a defect or installation issue, clients must notify us within 48 hours of completion, supported by photos. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, repair or correct it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

• The product is defective due to our workmanship, or

• The final product does not match the agreed design specifications

Approved refunds or corrections will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Natural Material Variations
Due to the use of natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, or grain may occur. These are not considered defects.
